Great leaders understand that one size does not fit all. This interactive workshop is designed to help you develop the skills needed to adjust your leadership style to better meet the needs of your team, colleagues, and organization. Through reflection, discussion, and hands-on activities, participants will gain practical tools they can apply immediately.

During the workshop, participants will have opportunities to identify their personal leadership style and strengths, learn how to recognize and respond to a variety of employee needs, and strengthen communication and relationship-building skills. The session also includes practice in adapting leadership approaches to real-world situations, with a focus on increasing team engagement, trust, and overall performance.
