The 47th Annual Yuma Art Symposium, February 19 - 21, 2025, at the Yuma Art Center and locations
all over the historic North End.
What is the Yuma Symposium?
-a national influx of new inspiration for the artists and art lovers of Yuma.
-one of the most unusual arts educational forums in the country.
-a three-day total immersion art event hosting exhibitions, events, demonstrations and presentations given by both nationally and internationally recognized and emerging artists.
This year we have invited a full slate of 10 presenters in several disciplines:
metal, clay, photography, printmaking, painting, wood and fiber.

While registration is required to attend the presentations on the 20th -21st , YAS also offers events that are free and open to the public. Pre-Symposium at Arizona Western College takes place Thursday February 19th in the Art Building room 103. Four symposium presenters selected by the Art faculty will show their work to faculty, students, and the public. There will be two sessions, 9:00 AM- 11:45 Am and 1:30 Pm – 4:15 Pm. Friday February 20th YAS, in partnership with Yuma Art Center, hosts an opening for the exhibition of Presenters’ artworks, a one-night Student exhibition and the Small Works Silent Auction Fundraiser, a highlight of the Friday night festivities.
